Are you not satisfied with your order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

To process your return correctly, please follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Register your return

Before returning, please contact us via: info@lacush.nl
or via the contact form on our website.

Please include:

• Your order number

• The item you wish to return

• The reason for return

After review, you will receive further instructions.

Step 2 – Complete the return form

After approval, you will receive the return form.

Fill out this form completely and clearly.
Returns without a fully completed form cannot be processed.

 Step 3 – Package and ship

• Carefully pack the item in its original packaging

• Add the completed return form

• Send the package with Track & Trace to:

The sender is responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us.

Important conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt

• The product must be unused and in its original condition

• Any shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense

After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
